out among trees: Priscilla Beck

Following a period of research and site visits in response to the history of the Schoolhouse Gallery, Priscilla Beck will paint the glass of the gallery windows with watercolour landscapes from around the building’s original site in central Tasmania. The resulting work posits a melancholy portrait of disconnection in time and place, acknowledging Tasmania’s chequered past.
