The South Arm Community Market is the friendliest little market in Tasmania. It is held on the first Sunday of each month from 9.30am until 12.30pm at the South Arm Community Centre, 9 Calverton Place, South Arm. In winter and wet weather the market is also held indoors at Calverton Hall.
Each month the market has a different theme and focus. New stalls and car boots are welcome and new inquiries can be made.

IF YOU ENJOY MAKING THINGS WITH YOUR HANDS ….
THIS WORKSHOP MIGHT JUST BE FOR YOU. GORGEOUS BOXES WILL PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN A VARIETY OF PAPIER-MACHE AND DECORATING TECHNIQUES WHILST DESIGNING AND CREATING YOUR OWN SPECIAL BOX BASED ON ANIMALS, BIRDS, REPTILES, FISH, AMPHIBIANS AND CRUSTACEANS. ATTENDANCE AT ALL SESSIONS IS PARAMOUNT AS THEY ARE SEQUENTIAL AND BUILD ON THE SESSION BEFORE.

Applications for the March 2020 round of Clarence City Council Community Support Grants are now open and must be submitted by close of business on 15 March 2020. Any not-for-profit organisation can apply for support towards ways to improve community development, the local economy, or environmental sustainability.

Fruit Wine and Cider Festival
01 March 2020 | 11 am - 4 pm
The Festival allows the public to taste fruit wines, ciders and mead entered in the Australian Fruit Wine and Cider Show. The festival will be on Sunday 1 March 2020 on the Bellerive Boardwalk. Entry is free, but to taste wines a tasting glass needs to be purchased for $10.
Features of our Festival
Food and coffee stalls, live music, fruit wine and cider sales will entertain the crowd and talks for those interested in trying to develop their own product provided information. Some fruit wine and cider producers will have their own stall to sell their product.
