Me, myself and I. Together, we are One.

Like 3 sides of an equilateral triangle, we are balanced and equally connected to centre.

Elevating the centre point creates a tetrahedron, the most basic and the most stable 3D geometric form. By balancing physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, each human individual becomes a stable building block for a strong community.

Notice the object, the projection and the reflection, the 3 aspects of the One. These change temporarily depending on whether the meditation lamp sits in sunlight, shadow or artificial light; just like me, myself and I. The centre remains.
