Axoum Duo

French-Polish percussionists Gabriel Collet and Elwira Slazak bring their incredible marimba music to the beauty and drama of the Returning Lives exhibition. Axoum Duo’s performances reflect with sparkling clarity their classical training and interest in contemporary music. They will draw on their own repertoire of concert compositions as well as soundtracks and scores they have created for filmmakers, musicians, singers, dancers and painters.
