Written material:
+ Cover letter stating you are submitting an
Expression of Interest, and including all
contact information, ABN and GST status.
+ About you [400 words max.] Summary
of relevant experience in response to
the Evaluation Criteria. [For teams/
collaborative projects, state a nominated
team leader, team structure and
methodology for their involvement].
+ Curriculum Vitae [one-page max]. For
Collaborative projects provide a one-page
CV of relevant collaborative practice. For
team projects provide individual one-page
CVs, collated into a single file.
+ Project description [500 words max.]
Initial response to the brief, including
a description of concepts, themes and
materials for the proposed artwork.
+ If working with Aboriginal content, provide
written evidence of consultation and
approval from community.
Visual Support Material:
+ Individuals: Ten (10) jpeg images of relevant
work, sketches or models of proposed work.
+ Teams: Five (5) jpeg images per team
member. All support material should be
collated into one file.
Other support material [optional]:
+ Draft budget [one-page max]
+ Letters of support [2 max] are not essential
but may strengthen your case for the
assessing panel
+ Relevant weblinks
