Expressions of Interest: Clarence Jazz Festival 2022

Rosny Farm Arts Centre

Applications close 5pm, 19 September 2021

Applications are now open to participate in the Clarence Jazz Festival 2022. The Festival is a 5 day event from the 16 – 20 February 2022 that brings Hobart’s Eastern Shore to life during the warm evenings of late summer.  We want to hear about exciting projects happening in Tasmania and around Australia from the Jazz and broader music community that could be incorporated into the Festival.

The Festival’s core focus is supporting local Tasmanian artists, new project ideas and boundary-pushing jazz with an inclusive and diverse selection of music. Clarence Arts and Events team will continue the successful Masterclasses and New Project Investment initiatives to support ‘big ideas’ and ‘new works in development’ by talented musicians, teachers and producers.

There are four categories to apply for, or select multiple if applicable:

  1. Artist/Band/Ensemble
  2. New Project Investment
  3. Run a Workshop or Masterclass
  4. School/College/University performance or project
